Quality Policy

FÁS is committed, as a core element in its organisational strategy, to achieving service excellence in all of its labour market services, within a framework of total quality, continuous improvement and accreditation.

Our strategy is based on a policy that values our customers and aims to provide a consistent, quality service to meet their needs. We will continue to build on our experience and significant progress to date, with a view to encouraging our services to adapt on an on-going basis to the changing needs of our customers. We will do this by working together in partnership, with a clear focus and commitment to serving our customers, and thereby achieve our Vision - “to excel in providing labour market services”.
