Overview
Painter/decorators apply paint, wall coverings and other materials to the inside and outside of buildings.
The work of a painter/decorator includes the application of wall hangings and decorative paint coatings in the home and in commercial and industrial locations; the designing and producing of sign work and displays; and advice on colour selection and interior design. Painter/decorators are usually employed by building or painting contractors or may be self-employed.
