Operators who have successfully completed a CSCS Programme and have been awarded FETAC certification are then eligible for a CSCS registration card. Operators may add further categories to their cards by successfully completing additional programmes.
Registration cards are valid for a period of five years from the date of the first successfully completed Training and Assessment Programme.
Renewal & Replacement of Registration Cards
In order for you to renew you CSCS Card you must have spent a minimum of 300 hours, over the 5 years (from date card first issued) carrying out tasks applicable to each skill/category that you wish to renew. Applicants unable to achieve the required 300 hours must resit the relevant programme. Operators can apply for a renewal card by submitting the completed renewal form (including the Declaration section), a passport sized photograph (signed on the reverse) and €23 to CSCS/QSCS Support Application Form
NOTE: CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks Card holders will need to re-sit the one day programme.
If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged you can apply for a replacement card by submitting the completed replacement card form, a passport sized photograph (signed on the reverse) and €23 to CSCS/QSCS Support.
