This is a fee paying training programme provided by FÁS to companies for persons in employment. The training can take place either at a FÁS Training Centre or on-the-job if appropriate. The main aim is that those in employment can be upskilled and certified to meet Health & Safety, licence and industry standard requirements. The programme provides employees with the opportunity to formalise their experience by gaining FETAC or other industry recognised certification.
